There are no refunds for unutilized resources or early termination.  This is a monthly agreement.  Subscription will auto-renew monthly unless cancellation request is received through portal.

I hold harmless and indemnify DPH Coaching LLC and all affiliated subsidies, employees, and contractors from any legal action that may be taken from content presented on this platform. 

I agree that any distribution of content or piracy would serve as a considerable and immeasurable loss to DPH Coaching LLC. If any piracy or distribution is found, violator will prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and in civil court.
