The Structure That Changes Owner Income

  1. Force capacity sooner with block scheduling.

  2. Know what you make as an owner versus a dentist.
    Most owners overweight their own production. Do the math on what your dentistry pays you versus what ownership pays you. It will change how you value CEO time.

  3. Build a leadership team that filters decisions away from you.
    If everything still lands on your desk, you do not have a leadership team yet. Real leaders own lanes, make decisions, and keep you out of the weeds.
