Legendary Mastermind Month 5 Quests

These are Month 5 Quests to continue the process of fully systematizing your practice.

Quest #18

Standardize your room setups for each procedure.  This can be completed by your DA's, but if there is anything you wish to improve upon in this dimension, now would be the time.  

Set up for each of your procedures (Fillings, Crowns, Endos, Extractions, Implants, Ortho, etc.) and either write out everything that is out and where it goes or take a photo to be stored in a common area.  

This will be used to standardize the setup as well as train new hires.  We are looking for consistency among all set ups.

100% Ready exercise with your DA's.   Follow the instruction in the sheet attached to the button below. 

Quest #20

Implement a Phone Tree and optimized away message scripts.  Please see the attached scripts to edit and record your own. 

Quest #21

Decide what strategies from the "Staying on Time" video in Phase III of OmniPractice.  In particular, our main goal is to stay on schedule all the time and adjust our protocols, strategies, and schedule until it is consistent. 

Quest #22

Schedule a Phone Training with your front end team to listen to phone calls together and to discuss what can be improved on each.  This should be a fun exercise and experience.  Make sure to stress safety and growth.  This is not to single anyone out.  If this meeting feels awkward at first, I assure you, it won't soon.  These meetings are almost always a ton of laughter and fun.  We are checking to see and coach our team on the priniciples from the phone training from last month's quests.
