2. Complete the Client Intake Questionnaire below:

3. Upload your most recent trailing 12 month profit and loss statement, as well as 5 screenshots of your schedule from 5 different days by using the form below. (we are looking at how you schedule and what an average day looks like, there is no need to find a perfect day.)

4.  Schedule your first deep dive call 2-3 weeks from today (It is essential that all previous steps are complete and your team has completed all the surveys at least one full week before the call).  Click the button to schedule.  My EA, Maggie, will reach out and is there to help you with anything you need.
