These are your first quests to systematizing and optimizing your practice.

Implement collecting before procedure.  Get team buy in and understanding of benefits and what to say to possible objections.

Perform One on Ones with every single member of your team.  If you have leads,  have them also perform One on Ones with every person in their department.  Click below for One on One's guide.

 Create 30-60-90's and Training Checklists for All 3 Departments: DA's, Admin, and RDH

Quest #9

Block out NP and SRP (Optional) slots in your schedule 6 months + from today.  Teach the team about the importance and begin auditing on a regular basis. Watch the "Block Scheduling Masterclass" in the "Subject Specific" Folder.  Also watch the "DPH Growth Process" Videos in Phase II for more help.
