By entering this agreement, I agree to a 12 month term.  Payments will be charged every  month.  There are no refunds for unutilized resources or early termination.  Subscription will autorenew unless cancelled via contact.  DPH Coaching will reach out to user via email to remind of renewal date.  After 12 month term, plan can be cancelled at any month. 

I understand that none of the content is meant to be taken as financial or legal advice, consult professionals if appropriate. 

I hold harmless and indemnify DPH Coaching LLC and all affiliated subsidies, employees, and contractors from any legal action that may be taken from content presented on this platform. 

I agree that any distribution of content or piracy would serve as a considerable and immeasurable loss to DPH Coaching LLC. If any piracy or distribution is found, violator will prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and in civil court. 

I understand that all success stories and testimonials, while true and accurate, are from a few clients and results are not typical.
