  • If I wish to continue after the term ends, I may re-enroll during the next open enrollment period.

Legal & Financial Disclaimer

Liability Waiver

  • I agree to hold harmless and indemnify DPH Coaching LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities, from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from participation in this program or from the application of any concepts or strategies presented.

  • I understand that all program content—including recordings, systems, templates, documents, and training materials—is the intellectual property of DPH Coaching LLC.

  • I will not reproduce, distribute, share, or otherwise disseminate any of this content without express written permission.

  • Any unauthorized sharing or piracy will be treated as a serious breach and may result in legal action and civil penalties.

  • I understand that mastermind meetings and seminars may be recorded, and by participating, I consent to being recorded.

  • I agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared by fellow members. I will not disclose or discuss private conversations, business strategies, or personal matters shared within the group. I understand that breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the program and monetary liability for damages.
